I'm Graeme, a sitting Managing Director and founder of Laminar.
My path has run from IBM and Microsoft, through a startup that sold to the scale-up iZettle. iZettle went on to be acquired by Paypal. I led a $250m division and the significant acquisition integration that came with it. I have worked through all stages of investment from angel, venture and on to Private Equity.
I write about what it actually takes to lead through each of those stages, the step-changes, the pressure points, the moments no one prepares you for. I don't have it all worked out. I'm learning this in real time, and writing about it as I go.
